How many Hydrogen Water Sticks should I use?

I read it is recommended that a person use one hydrogen stick if they are less than 35 years old, 2 sticks if they are more than 35 years old and 3 sticks if they want to see improvement with a health condition. What is your recommendation for use?

We would like to offer a suggestion of his advice for only one reason, Detoxification. The typical American diet is extremely toxic and most people have never experienced  a thorough detoxification process.
