How much water should I drink?
This has to be the #1 question, we are asked.
It's sad how little people know about drinking water and it miraculous benefits.
I could write a book on how and why you need to drink water, but luckily I don't have too, as there is already a great book I can recommend you find and read.
The book is called the "Water for Health, for Healing, for Life" by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D..
Anyone that has spent time researching water and the body, knows and has read this book. You might say it's the starting point -- it was for me and I've been studying water now for about 6 years. I learn something new on water... just about everyday.
If you click this link, (click me) I have placed an excerpt here to wet your appetite.
But... please... please... please, don't just read the excerpt -- go out and get the book. His personal story is amazing as well.
Note: Dr. Hayashi, suggests 1.5 liters as a standard. Remember, that's not tea, coffee or other liquid containing water... just water.
