Making Hydrogen Rich Water is Easy!

Place the Hydrogen Water Stick in your personal portable reusable water container and just add tap or filtered tap (preferred) water. Shake 15 seconds and within 15 minutes, you will be enjoying the tremendous benefits of Hydrogen Rich Water for health and vitality. Insure the bottle you use has an air tight lid.

Ideally, 2 quarts (1/2 gal) of hydrogen rich water should be consumed each day. However, two or three Hydrogen Water Sticks can be used at the same time, to increase the hydrogen levels in water, for those who do not wish to drink 2 quarts or more of hydrogen rich water or for those who wish to accelerate the health benefits of hydrogen rich water.

Dr. Hidemitsu Hayashi recommends

• one Hydrogen Water Stick for those younger than 35
• two Hydrogen Water Sticks for those older that 35
• three Hydrogen Water Sticks for those worried about their health

Remember that hydrogen is one of the lightest gases in the universe and so if the Hydrogen Water Stick is removed from the water, the hydrogen that was generated in the bottle will quickly be lost and the content will revert back normal "hydrogen-poor" water.

This product can be used with everyday drinking water, in order to product "hydrogen  rich" water. Once the "hydrogen generating mineral stick" is placed inside a plastic bottle with water, it should remain submerged in water for lifespan and not exposed to oxidation, through the process of oxygen in the air. If you're going to produce hydrogen, its best if the hydrogen gases go into your drinking water for consummation, rather than allowed to dissipate into the atmosphere.

The Hydrogen Water Stick should last at least 6 months for 800 uses and filters 420 gallons of water with proper care and use.
